About Our Support

Comprehensive 1:1 support is designed for children who have not yet entered Kindergarten, and typically consists of up to 40 hours of therapy per week. With Forward Together Consultation, this can be a mix of both in-home and community based support to help promote success across all environments.

Focused support is designed for children who are in full day school, or have graduated from school and are transitioning to adulthood. Focused support means just that, focusing on a smaller set of skills that are crucial to your child's success. Focused support may also mean concentrating on behavior reduction. Therapy hours typically range from 10-20 hours per week and can take place both in the home and in the community.

Daily Living Skills, Safety Planning and Prevention, and Caregiver Support are offered in Outagamie, Waupaca, and Winnebago counties. Contact your service coordinator for more information. 

 Daily Living Skills support aims to increase your child's independence with daily routines like meal times, dressing, hygiene, and household chores. Increasing functional skills in the areas of communication, leisure, and social skills is another primary focus of Daily Living Skills support. 

Forward Together also provides consultation services to school districts in the area. These services include:

• 1:1 support for students in the classroom 
• Consultation regarding IEP goals 
• Assessment support and consultation regarding the development of IEP goals 
• Behavior support planning
• Consultation on classroom logistics
• Training of paraprofessional staff specific to ABA concepts
