"Hi! I'm Brittney, the Director and owner of Forward Together Consultation. I've been working with neurodiverse and Autistic individuals for most of my career, spending the last 10 of those years spent as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). 

I started out in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as a technician working with kids with a wide range of needs, and fell in love with the field immediately. After more than five years as a technician, I made the leap to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and have loved the opportunity it provides to help support parents as well as the kids I work with. 

My passion has always been to provide ABA support in the most functional way possible, building on skills that will make a lasting impact on the individuals and families I work with, which is why I started Forward Together Consultation.

In my spare time I love to spend time with my family, and have two children of my own. I love to garden and spend time outdoors when the Wisconsin weather permits. Otherwise you can find me crafting or reading, or doing things with my kids!"

At the heart of our practice is a team of dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference. With a genuine love for what they do, they celebrate every milestone and breakthrough their clients achieve. Watching their clients make progress inspires them every day, and our technicians take pride in providing support that empowers each individual to thrive.
